Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Watch

  Carefully place the watch in its original display box and protective sleeve, ensuring all warranty cards and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Print and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
